The unit is located outside Capoliveri,  in a panoramic position with fine view on the sea and on the  Madonna delle Grazie, Morcone, Pareti and Innamorata valleys; in a very easy way, it is possible to approach the beautiful beaches of  Lacona, Naregno and Pareti. All the services are nearby. 

The apartments, all with two rooms, have a picturesque panoramic view. They consit of: living room with two-place divan-bed, cooking corner with gas rings, refrigerator and sink, bed room with two single beds or double bed, bathroom with shower and  independent  water-heaters and picturesque panoramic terrace.

Each apartment is equipped with kitchen furnitures; kitchen and furnitures have to be left cleaned at the check-out.

Final cleaning: Euro 80,00 extra.
